	Matthew Townsend CEO For 12 years Matthew was the divisional director at B2B publisher Incisive Media plc, responsible for its insurance and photographic divisions. Following its successful flotation in 2000, Matthew exited the business, and in 2004 formed Country Publications Ltd, with co-director Robert Flanagan. During his 22 year career in magazine and book publishing, Matthew has held positions at United Business Media plc, Findlay Publications and US publisher Ziff Davis Inc. Tel: 01756 701 381
	Robert Flanagan Managing Director Robert spent 10 years working for Macmillan, one of the world’s leading publishers. This included two years in New York, launching a major reference book project. On returning to the UK he became a director of Macmillan’s Academic and Professional division. 	Kev Hopkinson Features Editor (Cumbria) Kev has been a constant face at Cumbria magazine for 5 years, stepping into the role of Feature Editor in 2009. 	Averil Thornton Freelance Editor (Down Your Way) Averil Thornton has been the editor of Down Your Way since it was established in 1995, prior to which she had over 20 years experience in the marketing, advertising and publishing industry. Tel: 01507 522888
	Mark Whitley Editorial Manager Mark has worked for over twenty years in the publishing industry, has edited or project-managed over 200 books and was also founder-editor of the Yorkshire Journal. At Country Publications he is editorial manager of its booklist, is responsible for developing its calendars and greetings cards ranges and other new products, and also works in the production departments of Dalesman and Countryman magazines.
